The program
The OvertoneIQ messaging program is a text-messaging service operated by OvertoneIQ LLC on behalf of participating appointment-based businesses. It answers client questions, sends appointment confirmations and reminders, sends booking links on request, follows up on missed calls, and sends sign-in verification messages to staff of participating businesses.
Consent
You receive messages because you contacted a participating business by call or text, provided your phone number while booking an appointment with it, or, for staff, provided your number for workplace sign-in verification. We do not send marketing texts, and we do not message anyone who has not contacted the business first or provided their number while booking. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your conversation and appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. You will receive a final confirmation that you have been opted out, and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help at any time, or contact us at contact@overtoneiq.com.
Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
